The Russia Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public meeting on Thursday May 24 at 6:30 PM at the Village Office, 232 West Main St. The purpose of the meeting is to review an application for variance filed by Mitchell and Kasey Bergman, 110 Borchers St. This request for variance is to construct an accessory building with-in the required rear and side yard setback.
