The Russia Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, August 2nd at 6:30 PM at the Village Office, 232 West Main St. The purpose of the meeting is to review an application for variance filed by Gary & Julie Fairchild, 209 West Main Street Russia, OH 45363. This request for variance is to construct a privacy fence within the required side & rear yard setbacks.
