On Tuesday, October 14th the Village will have a contractor in town to apply Biorestor, an asphalt rejuvenating agent, to the freshly paved streets as part of the 2025 Street Paving Program. Application of this product will begin at approximately 9 a.m. This will affect Borchers, Voisard and W. Main Street (Francis-S. Liberty). We ask that you do not park any vehicles along these streets on Tuesday.
This product has been used in neighboring villages for numerous years and there has been tremendous success with its application. The application will give off a Lysol-like odor until it fully cures. The odor will subside within a few days.
Borchers Street and Voisard Street will be closed to all traffic while the application process occurs with it drying to the level where it may be driven on.
The Village is going to work with the contractor to allow W. Main Street to remain open, one lane at a time.
