Russia Village Council will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 7 p.m. to award the contract for the construction of the pavilion and splash pad, and to discuss hiring of personnel.

Hydrant flushing will commence the week of October 9th and will be completed on October 12th . Flushing will take place between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM with the goal of assuring proper operation of hydrants and valves. Leaves will not be picked up on Monday, October 2nd. If needed, they will be picked up on Tuesday, October 3rd and again on Friday, October 6th.

The Village of Russia has a part time weekend position available to monitor and test the water and waste water facilities & equipment. The Village of Russia has scheduled Trick or Treat for Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

The Village of Russia will begin leaf pick up on Monday October 2nd. Pick up will be every Monday and Friday until December. We ask that you place leaves and other yard waste on the curb lawn, and not in the street. If you have any questions, please call 937-526-4436.
