Due to increasing safety concerns and wear and tear on the park, the ordinance has been updated, effective immediately, restricting the operation of motorized vehicles within the village park.  Golf carts will continue to be allowed with the following conditions:

• Licensed drivers only
• 5 MPH speed limit
• Golf carts must yield to pedestrians and bicycles on paths
• Golf carts are permitted only to and from park destination – no joy riding
• No parking golf carts on walking paths
• Golf carts must be street legal

No other motorized vehicles will be allowed on the park grounds (cars, ATV’s, motorcycles).
