Please be aware of a speed of the following speed limit changes on East Main Street. The Shelby County Sheriff has been notified of the changes.
The third and final reading for Ordinance 2025-9 was on Wednesday, October 8th.
No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a speed greater than 45 miles per hour on East Main Street, beginning at the eastern edge of the corporation limit and proceeding into the village (ARCH Tool, 600 E. Main Street). In addition, no person shall operate a motor vehicle at a speed greater than 35 miles per hour on East Main Street, beginning at Industrial Drive (O’Reilly Tool and Machine, 560 E. Main Street), and proceeding into the village.
