With the upcoming construction of the school, the Village of Russia has decided along with general contractor Level MB and village engineer Choice One Engineering, that it is best to have parking on only one side of Borchers Street to allow for construction traffic to go through easier and safer. The no parking will begin on Wednesday, August 16th, and will last for nearly a year or until the Village decides that most of the heavy construction is finished.
There will be NO parking, even on weekends and holidays on the south side of the road. Any vehicle must be parked on the north side of the road until the Village decides construction is finished. If you are parked on the south side of the road, your car may be towed at your expense.
